How do I cancel my service without having to sit on hold and/or going into a store. I am not paying a bill until I can get a final bill
I had already done this before I moved only to find out that it wasn't done.
I had thought that I had already cancelled service. I found out that it was in fact not cancelled, I didn't find out that it had been cancelled until I received a new bill.
So why should I have to waste my time, if I had already done this
The only way for you to make sure your account is cancelled is to take all your equipment to a Comcast store and turn it in an cancel. Get a receipt and keep it.
