Hello @Vagedes. I can assist you with submitting a request to our local tech ops team. Comcast uses coaxial cable tap connections to your home, is that what you are referring to? Or, is this an actual telephony wiring hub, because in that case, you would need to contact the local Telephone company as telephone distribution wiring is not owned or managed by Comcast. Also if the hub is located within property easement, there may be a cost associated with moving the hub. I have submitted a request to our local tech ops team to investigate your request. I will provide you with an update as soon as I get a response.
