Monthly Comcast bill WAY HIGH

Hello,

 

I am looking for help in lowering our monthly Comcast Bill.  Recently I went to the local Comcast store near us in Chesterfield on Hull Street Rd., and asked for help and they basically said there was nothing they can do.  Years ago you would go into the Comcast office and they would help you...I'm guessing the new stores no longer help in this way and just replace equipment.

 

I was shocked that they could not help us.  I asked them if I cancel my account will they come pick up our equipment and they said no that I can just drop it all off there.  They seemed happier providing a potential lost customer with how to close their account than with helping to keep a customer.  

 

I would appreciate any help you can give so that we might keep our service.
