I have never been more upset at the horrible customer service I've been experiencing from Xfinity Mobile and Assurant. I've been trying to get replacement for my lost phone and just keep getting run around. I pay for insurance. Xfinity and I and Assurant have had many many conference calls yet still I don't have a phone or claim approved. Yesterday I was told a supervisor was taking over and would call me. I didn't receive a call so I called today and the person today told me I should just wait till Austin the supervisor calls me. And still I wait and still no phone. I switched from TMobile and am so sorry I did. Even signing up was a nightmare so I should have realized it was a mistake.
