May 21 e-mail saying no money due; but in fact the regular charge was due

On May 21, Comcast sent me an e-mail that gave me bad information:

Dear Comcast Customer,
Your monthly bill is now available. Please sign in to My Account to view your bill and other important messages or notices regarding your Comcast services.
Bill Overview
Amount Due:

No payment is due at this time.
Account Information
Account Number:
Service Address:


If you have any questions regarding your bill, please visit the Billing & Payment section of our support site.
Thank you for being a valued Comcast customer.



(I have removed my mailing address.)  This message saying no money was due was incorrect.  My usual charge was due, as I found when I logged into my Comcast account.


I tried to report this error by replying to your email, but I received an automatic response that said you would not read anything sent that way.  So I'm trying this forum, hoping someone who can remedy the situation will read it.


There may be a glitch in your system, sending out incorrect information.  I hope this can be corrected to avoid future confusion.
