Managing account options online


I am attempting to adjust my service package to perhaps lower my rates for TV services (I'm happy with my Internet and voice service package at the moment) but receive a "We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order. Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help." message each time I click "manage plan" on my account page.  I don't understand why I have to call for this and would prefer to complete it online.  Can you help?

Hi coolidgeSarah -- We can help you with making any accounts changes you're looking to do. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will also need to know what changes you're looking to make.
