Major disappointment

So I called comcast to downgrade to double play for their advertised new customer price of 59.99. Nope. They are more willing to lose a customer than work on retention. When I asked if I ever, in this lifetime, would be eligible, the supervisor said no. Then she backtracked to say if I disconnected for 120 days i could get their special. Seems like FIOS may be the way to go. HINT TO COMCAST....RETENTION RETENTION RETENTION. even after the $59 deal runs out, it only goes to $79. They want to charge me $89 for the same deal. NOT COOL.
