Loyalty doesn't exist in the world of Comcast

They do not care about loyalty. I wanted to upgrade from 100+ channels to 140+ channels. I talked to 3 different reps to upgrade my service. They said that they don't do promos for existing customers and then wanted me to pay $130 for the upgrade. The last rep said "if I get the right person in the loyalty department, I could get a good deal!" Well, I didn't get the right rep. He was going to charge me the same thing. It's time to get a new provider..SMH.. What to do?

Hi, blu10 - We do have introductory offers only for the new customers; however, I can definitely check if we have any good promotions that could satisfy your needs. Please send me a private message with your name, address, and a phone number associated with your account. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Private Message Me
