Loyalty/Retention

Hi,

I need to get in contact with a loyal department agent to see if I can get some help before I have to switch isp from comcast back to my previous isp. My bill is atrocious.

Nothing? Not even a, hey we'll be with you as soon as we can?

Awesome customer service. Including the call I had with customer service in which I was hung up on.
