I have been a loyal customer for 25 years. Never had a late payment.
My latest promotion just ended and I signed up for X1 Premier Triple Play package for $159.99 with on-line bills & pymt.
I love the package but the total monthly cost $210.24 is out rageous.
I called the Resolution Dept requesting a Loyaly Discount to no avail.
Is there anyway, a loyal customer can be rewarded with a "Service Discount". I would really like to stay with Comcast, but we are both retired on only SS.
