Loyal customer

As a loyal Comcast/Xfinity customer at the same address, who's paid her bill on time every month for more than 30 years it's very frustrating to continue to watch my bill increase while new subscribers are offered "special deals" that I'm not eligible for. I've called customer service and inquired about this a couple of times and each time the representative tells me they're going to put me on a better rate however, when my bill comes the following month it's higher than before; now over $220.00 a month for Triple Play with no premium channels. Is there a program for long time, good customers?
