Loyal customer deals

Been a loyal customer for 4 years now and now because we just have internet they want to raise our bill to over $100 and tell us we cant get a promotion or deal? Whats the point of staying loyal?

They don't care if you've been a loyal customer for 20 yrs. And I am in the same boat. I wrote to a vp of Xfinity & got a "DEAL" to lower it from $190 a month to $140.  Not much of a deal & that's without any premium channels. And that's the dirty little secret.If you go to internet only it's over $100.  Same here.  What I would do is go to a store or do chat.  Ask for the lowest tv package which I think is 10 channels along with internet. The problem is they charge a lot extra for internet only.  Grab a Roku box and get Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Philo tv.  About $40 a month or $10 for each.
