Lowering my bill

Okay really need some help here.  

Why is it that a new customer can get deals for cheaper prices, but your long time clients have to battle to have price lowered.  I am sorry you keep raising prices saying it is for more channels, better service, etc. I pay basically $280 a month for service - internet, phone and Cable.  I don't mind the phone and internet charge, I think, can't really tell what I pay for them.  

So can you breakdown my bill and is there a way to save money on it.  Not sure what the different levels are, what channels they include, and trying to look at things on - line just gets confusing as it sends you back and forth to things.

I just cannot afford this high of a payment.
