My bill is currently almost 200 per month and I simply cannot sustain the payments. I would like to stay with comcast and want to see what can be done about lowering my payments. I chatted with someone online who was helpful but ultimately told me to contact comcast via phone. Due to my work schedule I was unable to wait on hold and there isnt really a good time to set up a call. I was hoping I could get some assistance here.
My apologies if this is a duplicate. I had previously wrote on the Customer Service message board but am uncertain if it went through.
As a side note in speaking with a rep I was told that I could view some promotional packages that are on my end only but I am unable to access them. It just sends me to the number for Comcast.
