Lower my bill

My bill went $30 higher the last 2 months, tried to contact someone on chat to lower my bil, and I’m waiting 55 minutes for a response right now. I want to downgrade, and cancel phone, but before he but me on the wait for almost 1 hour he told me the only option avalaible for me on double play is basic channels. I want to keep the channels similar from what I have now and pay the same thing I was paying before my bill went higher. A lot of offers for new costumers, but none for existing  costumers???
