I've posted on other peoples posts, but should have just started my own. I do not have time to call customer service just to get my bill lowered. I am also curious why I was upgraded to a faster internet speed, I didn't check but was that part of my bill increase? I just want internet and whatever the smallest package is that will let me keep the dvr, I don't need phone. And maybe have someone figure out why my internet speed is so much slower than what I am paying for?
Comcast lies. Your bill will always be higher than you agreed and they will say that's because it is after "fees" or soemthing.
Everyone hates comcast and they are only in business bc they are a monoply.
Well I have never been lied too, my bill just keeps increasing and I'd like to lower it and drop the phone service. But apparently only certain people can get answeres on this forum.

So an update, ComcastMichaelP and ComcastShane got my bill down to a reasonable amount, I also got the new remote which I did not ask for but am really stoked to have. So thank you both
Hi....you have a friend of mine with the same situation. My promo year expired. Was paying 19.99 and signed up with auto pay to get that. Talked with an agent on the phone and was told my next bill would be 49.99 even with auto pay. Was going to cancel and my friend said Inshould talk to you first. This would be way to expensive for me. Thanks
