Lower Bill, sudden increase by $25/mo

I would like to lower my Xfinity internet bill. Xfinity has changed around service tiers available to me last year, but kept rates similar (and changes hidden) by giving me a service discount. Service discounts recently expired, despite no change in service plans, and I definitely noticed since my bill increased more than $25 per month right before the Holidays! I have been a customer for over 3 years in same address.
