Lower Bill/Departing Comcast

I'm looking to lower my current bill. My promotion that I had ended and the rate for the same level of service has skyrocketed. I have been a loyal customer and would like to continue being one, but I can't afford to at the current rate. There is quite a bit of competition popping up and I am considering leaving because the rates and offers are great.
