Low hanging Comcast cable line

I have had a low hanging cable line at my home and running across the street to the utility pole.
It has been hanging for six months.
Reported it to comcast months ago with no action.
Now the cable is broken off from the utility pole and ripped from my house.
Apparently the low hanging cable line was to low for passing traffic.
Reported this to Comcast and it is still not repaired.
I am returning my Comcast equiptment today as they are of no use.
