There is a low hanging cable (neighbor's cable) between my and my neighbor's house, in the front yard, low enough for my children to touch. I have called Comcast and reported it weeks ago but nothing has been done.
Hi Kropotkin -- I can help with that low hanging line. I reviewed your account and did not see anything reported to us about this line. I have submitted a hazard request to have a tech come out to raise this line properly. I will keep you updated on when that will happen.
Kropotkin -- Tech ops was able to come out yesterday to raise this cable. Can you confirm this was done?
