Loose exterior cable line

We have been experiencing some signal degradation but have rebooted our modem and tightened all of the interior connections without success. Our exterior lines are sagging and touching some other utility lines outdoors. Could this be the problem and if so is it Comcast's responsibility to fix it? Thanks for your help.

Indeed my friend, that could be an issue. That should get fixed ASAP.

Hello WMDau, I can get a tech out to repair your signal and to raise your lines. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
