We have been experiencing some signal degradation but have rebooted our modem and tightened all of the interior connections without success. Our exterior lines are sagging and touching some other utility lines outdoors. Could this be the problem and if so is it Comcast's responsibility to fix it? Thanks for your help.
Indeed my friend, that could be an issue. That should get fixed ASAP.
