Loose cable leading to our house

The cable (Comcast) leading to our house is dangerously low and likely will be torn from our house by my neighbor's car. Who do we contact for service?

soumerai, Let's get that cable raised. I'll reach out to maintenance to have it raised. I just need your full name, address, and phone number via private message so I can get started.
