The promotion we had for the last two years has expired. I called Comcast today to try to get a new promotion, but was told that the current rate I have is the best he can do. This means that my current bill is $20 more per month than it was while I still had the promotion. This is not acceptable.
i am hoping customer service can find a better deal for us, without decreasing any of the services we currently have.
