Long time customer looking to lower bill

I’m a long time customer who’s 2 year agreement is ending and looking to lower bill or reduce services in order to stay with Xfinity but if not more than will have to cancel and seek services elsewhere. I’ve called and chatted with customer service to no avail but I constantly receive mailers for new service packages only to be told there for new service. Where’s the promos and discounts for existing and loyal customers
