Long Term Customers / 2nd Rate Service and Deals



I completely understand wanting new customers and giving them attractive deals.

But why is it your current customers always get the worse out of the deals and even worse customer service when we ask.

I am by no means your longest-term customer, but why can you not look out for our best interest, bundle this bundle that, sign this 2year contract... (Raise price 3 months later).


I am sickened by this business method, a company as big as comcast should not be looking to screw its customers over.

You're literally a monopoly in a lot of areas and take advantage of that.
