I've tried in Chrome, FireFox, Edge, and Safari, and Comcast Live Chat is hanging on "Connecting to Chat". Garbage. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week about my issue. You're not helping me decide to stay.
My issue is as follows:
I have a big problem with my bill. I'm being charged $105 per month for my internet, when the current going rate on your website is $82.95 per month. I signed up less than a month ago and this was the price then, and the rep that signed me up told me that he was able to get me a promotional rate of ~50 something per month for the first 12 months of my agreement. So essentially you people are trying to charge me double. Also, I have a $15 dollar shipping fee for a self install kit that never showed up at all and I didn't need anyway, so I don't want to pay that because it never came. Please fix this immediately or I will be cancelling my service and switching to Verizon Fios.

At the top of each Forum page you will see a small envelope
This is the icon for Private Messages, referred to as ‘PM’s’. A Private Message is a way to communicate in private, to another User, Moderator, or Administrator out of public view in the Forums.
The gray envelope icon will have a number next to it if you have any new messages waiting.
To open a PM to read it, double click on the envelope. If you click on the white envelope a window will open with tabs for your Private Message Inbox, Sent Messages, Friends, Ignored Users, and Compose new Message. You can also access this area by clicking on the Username in a Thread or post. By default, Private Messages are enabled. You can disable this feature in My Settings>Preferences> Private Messenger.
