Line hanging, now severed. STILL WAITING 4 days later.

4 days ago I awoke to find the line to my home hanging down across the street. Called Comcast and told someone would come in three days. I expressed shock that a line hanging in the street did not warrant more urgent attention. They didn't share my concern.

The line was since severed. I haven't had service for two days. No one came yesterday as scheduled. This morning Comcast said someone will come by 10pm. It's now 5pm and there's a bad storm coming tonight. I'm guessing I'll be without cable a few more days. Thoughts? Help? Sympathetic gripes?
