Limited Basic HD Tech Fee

It clearly states in the fine print on my December 2017 bill “Except for limited basic only customers, HD programming requires subscription to HD technology fee”
My HD limited basic channels have worked per my plan until yesterday. Now chat representative says that “HD codes were removed” and I’ll have to pay $9.95 HD tech fee even though my bill says otherwise!
Can anyone help me?

I have the same issue - HD over the air local channels should be on Limited Basic without a HD Equipment Fee - 9.95

How can I get back my HD channels on the 6-10 channels of Limited Basic?  My channel guide and my bill says 

"Except for limited basic only customers, HD programming requires subscription to HD technology fee"  but each time i call or chat, they insist on $9.95/mo. 

To top it all off - i am using my own equipment TIVO and Cable Card.  The charge is without merit.
