Late fee and rude customer service

We have been with comcast for the last 17yrs and never a late payment. Last month I set up auto pay and Feb payment was not taken out as it should have been. Bill was paid immeditately after I realized. We are charged late fee on our March statement and I called to ask for late fee reversal / one time forgivess and was treated poorly by customer service rep. On hold for long wait and told we were charged regardless in a rude manner.

Never experienced this treament from a customer service.
