Keep it simple

I need to understand why someone from corporate said my rates wouldn't change now I am back to square one. People on limited incomes don't have room for fluxuating bills.

Your rate for your package doesn't change over the course of your contract, if you have one.  The taxes and fees are subject to change, however.

 

Also, rates are not for the lifetime of your service.
