Just want to pay what I owe and have service

Been dealing with this for 2 years, just want to pay the amount I owe, but they just want to create new account. Not sure why it was shut off in the first place, I was maybe 1 month behind.

After your account is shut off for a certain amount of time, it will be disconnected. I can look into this for you. In order assist you, please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, the phone number, street address, and the account number that were associated with your services, and we can go from there.
