Issue with manage service

I checked manage service a couple of weeks ago to see if i could get a better price on plan. I did see a better price if i did a 2yr contract. Wanted to think it over for a day or 2. When i tried to go again to manage service it gave me a messege i needed call to get help with it. What good is all this on line services if they do not work. A not to happy customer !!!!

I can understand why that would be frustrating. Let's chat in private to see if I have the plan you were interested in and how I can make you a happy customer again. If you're interested, send me a private message verifying following information, with the details or the name of the package you were looking at: 

  • First and last name of the account holder
  • Primary phone number on the account
  • The street address associated with your services
  • Full account number
