Now that our promotional rate has expired, we are giving very serious consideration to dropping our Comcast services because the costs are much higher. We have every service you offer (Triple Play and Home Security) and we thought we would see if Comcast has any interest to keep us as customers by giving them a chance to reduce our cost to continue as a customer. I would be interested in agreeing to another 2 year contract term if a better rate is guaranteed.
