Ipad offer

I received a email to add a ipad to my account for 5 dollars a month and when I tried to accept the offer, it went through checking price checking availability adding to account then it said error please call to finish adding this to your account. when I called no one knew anything about it and keeper transferring me to different people I have called in 5 times and no help
