Internet service cost reduction

I am a current internet customer. My current internet speed is 250 Mbps. I do not play games, simply do the usual emails facebook and browsing. Additionally, I do a lot of internet streaming, youtube and Netfoix, for exmple. I do not have a business at the moment. Could I get a lower speed and still be able to handle these activities?  I am tring to reduce my cost since I am retired on social security. Your help would be appreciated.

Re: Internet service cost reduction

Hi @marleyboat,

I reality if there are only one or two users, even 25Mbps is fine for basic TV streaming and surfing the internet.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Hi marleyboat, I can assist you with finding another speed tier that will fit your needs. Please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me" and we can get started.
