Internet only customer still being charged various TV and voice related fees

Hello,

I recently switched from a triple play plan to internet only and noticed that I am still being charged the following fees:

Regional Sports Fee - $5

Broadcast TV Fee - $7

TV franchise fee - $8.61

TV FCC fee - $0.09

Voice Infrastructure Maintenance fee - $0.15

Voice 911 Fee - $0.87

Voice Stat and Local Excise Tax - $2.64

 

Since I am no longer a phone or TV customer, shouldn't these be removed. Please advise.
