I am having the same issue. I changed to an internet only plan at the end of the April 2018 billing cycle, but now on May 1 the broadcast fee and regional sports fee still shows up under the "My Xfinity Plan" page. These fees were not on the plan changes confirmation that I agreed with. Appreciate your help on this.
