Promotional deal just expired. Live chat seems to be different from last year. It was pretty simple and quick when I did it last year. However, it seems much more difficult now. Looking for help dealing with promotional standalone internet package deal. Internet too slow for only 2-4 devices. I assumed performance internet package was all I needed to for my daily usage. But I guess two concurrent device video streaming won't do. Looking on upgrading to higher tier package. 150/20 package if available. Can anyone help a 2 year+ loyal customer out?
