I called Maria at your customer service department and I was told that, I can get get less bandwidth, but it will cost me more than my present package. She also told me that there was no number for customer retention. Hahaha... No concern for customer retention.
Comcast should offer more to their existing customers rather than disrespect them and make them pay more no matter where they turn. Yet you have nothing to offer.
I am sure that someone will contact me to offer Internet service at a discount price. I am certain that you can do it, based on the news, below. Otherwise, I will cancel my service.
