Internet and phone

I only need phone and internet and I see packages on line where they offer new customers service for performance 25 and unlimited saver for $45.99 for 24 months or performance internet & voice unlimited for $49.99 for 12 months.  I currently pay $44.99 internet and a tv(limited) bundle which I don't need and $23.95 for phone.  By the time they add all their fees my bill is $96.00 for internet and home phone.  Yet they can offer new customers phone and internet for $45.99 or $49.99 but they never have in lower plans for me when I call.

Re: Internet and phone

Yes, new customers are offered promotional deals in order to introduce them to the service. Every provider does this, it's standard practice in the industry. There probably are some deals available to you, but they are never going to be as good as new customer deals.
