Internet Setup Help and Issues

Good Afternoon,

  I currently am in the process of moving (today is my first day in my new house) However, when the technician came out to install our Internet we were told that they needed to do a drop burial before he could install the Internet. That was on May 30th and they told me the next time open was June 11th then they'd have to come back out and install the our Internet after it was buried. I work from home and depend on it to pay my bills. So waiting 10 days is not acceptable. Every time I talk to customer service they give me a run around about how they cant do anything and "Thanks for using Comcast".... I haven't got a chance to use it yet so how am I suppose to enjoy it? Please can i get some help with something other than "I'll escalate it."
