Internet Drops Connection

have been having continuing Internet service problems. I have called chat and now I am emailing you. I just did a continuous ping test to 8.8.8.8 -t which is google. I had 18% packet loss and am very frustrated that I have had no improvement as a matter of fact it appears as if my problem is getting worse. Can I please have a qualified service technician visit my home to get to the bottom of this problem. I work with an online futures trading company and know how to troubleshoot these sort of connection issues. Unfortunately everything I have tried has not made a difference. I still have dropped connections and issues streaming or even remaining on a VPN connection to my work I would really like to get this fixed. I am paying $267 a month for service that is horrible. I am very frustrated. Please look at the attached ping test taken on 11/5/17 at 1:30 PM.
