Installation

On 06/21/18, Comcast sent a contractor to install my TV, Phone and Internet but they could not run the cable to install. My neighbor would not allow the Tech to enter their gate to get to the pole to run the cable. Therefore, we called the authority for assistance and was told to wait for her father to get home because she did not have the key to unlock the gate. These neighbors are frustrating and everything to be install from AT&T Internet and/or phone service goes to same utility easements. They problems accessing it and today was no different/. Needless to say, Comcast did not install any services and lied to me stating they wouuld be back @ 5:00 pm. They did not return to install nor did they call to let me know that. 

Didn't Comcast have the right to cross over my fence to the utility easement pole?
