How do I get Comcast to fullfill its promise to repair damage done during installation? The technician installing cable in the attic slipped and caused a crack in the ceiling. His supervisor came, took pictures, and promised that someone would contact me within a week or two about repairing the damage. This was on July 25, 2017. I have had probably a dozen exchanges with Comcast in the past 7 months about this. Each time there is a promise that someone will contact me to arrange the repair, but still nothing has been done. If I did not pay my bill for 7 months, would Comcast find this acceptable? Unreal.
