Installation billing

I originally opted for the self-install kit, which did not work so I needed a professional install. However, I was charged twice for a professional install. On my bill it says 8/13 Install Fee- Professional Install and on 8/23 Professional Install-In Home Service Visit. Each "install" I was charged $60. I only had someone come to my house once so I should not be charged. I'd love to have some feedback, thanks.
