Installation Fee and Promises by Xfinity

Prior to transferring my service Xfinity proactively promised me that the $60 installation fee would be waived because I transferred my service, then an installation fee was applied anyway. I followed up twice by chat, and it is documented in one chat session that Xfinity promised very clearly to reverse my installation fee by a certain date, and it did not happen. I followed up by chat.  During a chat this evening, I was informed that "the system" would not let the representative reverse my installation fee. Can someone tell me who to talk to, so that Xfinity can provide what was promised to me?  I suspect I'm not the only person who has had issues like this.  I do not believe that it is not possible to credit an account, as promised.
