Insanely high bill!

I have the highest bill I have ever had, $236.00 for  a triple play bundle. I wanted to go down a few channel line-ups from premier to preferred, but the chat rep couldn't do that. Only offered a Quad play (with home security) to take $7 off my total. Ridiculous. I have Amazon Prime and Netflix, maybe I should just cancel. Aren't there any deals to keep customers like me who have been with Comcast for 15 years?  So frustrated.
