Increased bill

My bill has been steadily increasing for a while now. I pay about 100% more than what I paid for about 2 years ago. I cannot afford that trying to pay for graduate school and living alone so I need to downgrade to only internet for graduate school or hopefully receive some assistance in customer loyaltly. I've been a comcast customer sporadically since 2007 since I moved to the area.
