Increase in my monthly bill

My bill increased $25/month and it is because my bundle discount changed for some reason. Why did my Bundle rate go from $64.96 down to $39.96? No notification that I recall, but it was proabaly buried in my last billing statement. Funny, you get all kinds of promotioanal email from comcast but somehow they can't provide an email notification when your bill is going to increase.
