Increase in Billing

My bill went up several months ago, and now again another $40. I got an offer from Fios in the mail today, $79 triple play with a free Chromebook. My bill is now $220 a month, with nothing extra on the 2 TVs we have. I would like to know if I'm eligible for any promotions before I do a switch.
